Diane Hanson-Johnson

Diane Hanson-Johnson returned to the Hanson Agency in 2024 after the passing of her brother Dana. After 40+ years in healthcare, she is happy to be back in the community where she grew up. She has six years of insurance experience and happy to provide assistance with your insurance needs.

J C Nunnally

J C Nunnally is a second-generation insurance agent, with 54 years of experience. J C was born and raised in Highland Springs and now lives in the Mechanicsville area, so he is very much aware of the local insurance needs of his community. J C came to the Hanson Agency in 1991 and has been an intricate part of the team since then. When our clients have insurance questions, need a quote, or have a claims need, J C is more than happy to help by providing prompt, knowledgeable service.

Gail Small

Gail Small is our Customer Service Representative, with 45 years’ experience, she is the smile that greets you in our front office. Gail was born and raised in Highland Springs and now lives in neighboring Sandston Virginia. Gail is happy to provide excellent service when it comes to payments, claims, endorsements, and will give you a courtesy call if there is an issue with your policy. When you call the Hanson Agency, more than likely, Gail will be the one to answer the phone.
